If you want my advice, or if I have something that I know would be of service to you, I can step out of the coaching role for a moment and offer suggestions with your permission.
I’m not going to tell you what to do. I’ll offer options, then help you decide if and how the options might work for you.

Executive coaching is distinct from mentoring, which relies on a mentor's personal experience, and therapy, which focuses on past events. I believe you are the expert in your life and business, and are already whole, resourceful and capable. My job is to help you bring all that into the light. Unlike therapy, Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, and it uses structured conversations to facilitate growth and forward momentum.

As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, I am bound by the ICF Code of Ethics. All our conversations are confidential. Even if your employer is covering the cost of coaching, I do not share any information, and we are clear in a 3rd party agreement that you will not be pressured to share anything that we discuss in our coaching conversations.
