The Program Details
Tools, resources and templates to build the habit of coaching now. Coaching isn’t hard, it just takes practice. We’ll help create the structure to support your new habit. And we’ll give you everything you need to engage and empower your team.
Coach Challenges for the time between sessions. To keep you connected and focused on creating results and habits that bring a real return on your investment of time, money, and talent.
Three private coaching sessions (45 minutes each). If you’re going to coach others, you need to experience the power of coaching yourself. Schedule these whenever you want during the 3-month program. Use the sessions for your learning or for anything else that helps you elevate your impact. This is YOUR time.
Three months, starting January 29th and ending March 19th (9 sessions in total) You’ll learning skills, practice implementing, receive coaching, and practice coaching others.
Session recordings and a library of resources. I get it. Three months is a long commitment. But there are no shortcuts to the change and habit process. If you need to miss a session or want to review one, the recordings will be available to active participants. Together, we’ll build your library of leadership resources.
